Computer Aided Design
Undertaking computer aided design drawings. Including, but not limited to, the following:
- Reflected Ceiling Plans
- Partition Layout Drawings
- Lighting Layout Drawings
- Emergency Lighting Drawings
- Schematics (HV/LV, LTHW, CHW, Drainage)
Asset Surveys
Whether as part of a new maintenance contract, or as a one off project, we are able to provide detailed asset reports consisting of the following information:
- A high quality photo of each asset
- Make, Model and Serial Number of each asset
- Physical inspection report
- By reviewing historical servicing reports and defects highlighted can be added against each asset
24/7 Emergency Support
Providing round the clock technical support to clients who operate critical systems which pose a risk in the event of unexpected failure.
